Pravila povrata ako su kupljeni izravno od RimpactMTB.com
Naša politika traje 30 dana. Ako je prošlo 30 dana od vaše kupnje, nažalost ne možemo vam ponuditi povrat novca ili zamjenu, ali kontaktirajte nas bez obzira na razgovor.
Da biste bili podobni za povrat, vaš predmet mora biti neiskorišten i u istom stanju u kojem ste ga primili. Također mora biti u originalnom pakiranju. Za dovršetak povrata potreban nam je račun ili dokaz o kupnji. Nemojte slati svoju kupnju natrag dok ne kontaktirate naš tim za korisničku podršku za referentni broj. Postoje određene situacije u kojima se odobravaju samo djelomični povrati: (ako je primjenjivo)
* Očigledni znakovi korištenja
* Svaki predmet koji nije u izvornom stanju, oštećen je ili nedostaje dijelovi iz razloga koji nisu posljedica naše pogreške.
* Svaki predmet koji je vraćen više od 30 dana nakon isporuke
Povrat novca pri kupnji putem RimpactMTB.com (ako je primjenjivo)
Nakon što vaš povrat bude primljen i pregledan, poslat ćemo vam e-poruku da vas obavijestimo da smo primili vaš vraćeni artikl. Također ćemo vas obavijestiti o odobrenju ili odbijanju vašeg povrata novca.
Ako ste odobreni, tada će se vaš povrat novca obraditi, a kredit će se automatski primijeniti na vašu kreditnu karticu ili izvorni način plaćanja, u roku od 7-10 radnih dana.
Kasni ili nedostajući povrati:
Ako još niste primili povrat novca, prvo ponovno provjerite svoj bankovni račun.
Zatim se obratite izdavatelju kreditne kartice, može proći neko vrijeme prije nego što povrat novca bude službeno objavljen.
Zatim kontaktirajte svoju banku. Često postoji određeno vrijeme obrade prije nego što se objavi povrat.

Razmjene :
Zamjenjujemo samo artikle ako su neispravni ili oštećeni. Ako ga trebate zamijeniti za isti artikl, pošaljite nam e-mail na customerservice@rimpactmtb.com.
Dostava :
Za povrat proizvoda kontaktirajte customerservice@rimpactmtb.com za referencu za povrat i poštansku adresu.
Vi ćete biti odgovorni za plaćanje vlastitih troškova dostave za povrat vašeg artikla. Troškovi dostave su nepovratni. Ako dobijete povrat, trošak povratne dostave će se odbiti od vašeg povrata. Ovisno o tome gdje živite, vrijeme potrebno da vaš razmijenjeni proizvod stigne do vas može varirati. Ako šaljete artikl iznad 75 funti, razmislite o korištenju usluge dostave koja se može pratiti ili o kupnji osiguranja dostave. Ne jamčimo da ćemo primiti vaš vraćeni predmet.
Jamstvo:
Ako smatrate da je artikal prerano pokvario ili je neispravan nakon primitka i želite pregledati zahtjev za jamstvom, kontaktirajte customerservice@rimpactmtb.com i obavijestite nas. U slučajevima kada je proizvod kupljen preko ovlaštenog prodavača - molimo kontaktirajte trgovca kao prvu luku poziva. Trgovac će tada izravno kontaktirati Rimpact na korisničkoj službi @rimpactmtb.com i čekati upute.
Rimpact PRO i Original nose 30-dnevno jamstvo od datuma kupnje koje pokriva nedostatke proizvođača ili prijevremeni kvar. Ne pokriva pogrešnu uporabu ili štetu koja je posljedica neispravne instalacije. Više informacija dostupno je na našoj web stranici www.rimpactmtb.com.
